At St John the Baptist we believe that we should never stop growing in our faith, so our faith formation program is called TLC, Total Lifelong Catechesis

TLC Kids- Wednesday evenings throughout the school year

Students age 3 through Grade 6 participate in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori based formation program that helps children to learn about Scripture and the Liturgy by working with specially designed materials.  Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Communion is done through this program as well.  

Confirmands, those preparing for Confirmation, also meet on Wednesday evenings.  This is a two-year program, usually beginning in seventh grade with teens being Confirmed their second year.

TLC Family events take place on Wednesdays as well, but not every week.  Typically once every couple months we will have a break from the regular classroom to do a TLC Family night and parents are invited for a particular celebration or a service project.
